Hello Wijekoon; You need Profibus cables and connectors for this. Chapter 4 of the following manual will show you different cables and connectors availablefor your application: SIMATIC NET PROFIBUS Networks Standard Profibus cable from Siemens(purchased by the meter) is 6XV1 830-0EH10. Belden also makes certified Profibus cable (certification is highly recommended in any industrial project). Standard Siemensconnectors (90 degree connection) could be 6ES7 972-0BA12-0AA0 or 6ES7 972-0BB12-0AA0 (the maual suggested proposes various others). Phoenix Contacts also makes reliable connectors for Profibus-DP. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
