DC motor & Drive to AC motor & Drive

Kunjandi Posts: 113 Rating: (0)	Hello friends , i have 2 dc motors 115KW DC(380rpm) and 79KW DC....and its drive.i have to replace these with AC power....please sumbody suggest me 2 AC motors and drive(Siemens)....And suggest me a Simens drive to replace AB-1336 plus-II drive

Replacing of DC motor by AC needs lot of engineering like rated toreque, rated power, rated speed, etc data calculations. Since nameplate & no engineering data is available, it needs to site visit & collect data practically. So I recomend you to contact nearest RSC office.

Kunjandi Posts: 113 Rating: (0)	Hello Mr.Piscean, Its a surface winder machine can work in 1500mpm but winding quality is not good,so they have to slowdown it to 500-800mpm-- Unwinder-79kw DC motors ---- core 10", 12" Rewind -115kw/380rpm Dc motors ---- core: 3", 6", 10", 12"
