Sinumerik OP 10 Problem

drozerce Posts: 118 Rating: (2)	Regards, A customer of mine has a problem of not functioning of the keypad of OP 10. They have conected external keypad to the panel, and it is working fine, but the keypad of the panel it self is dead compleately. Does anyone have any clues why this is happening? How can we solve the problem? Does anyone had similar problem before? Any sugestion is highly appreciated, Thanks,

Pierre Hello, Thanks for sharing the information valuable one....agree with you..... coming to the pblm: If your OP 10 is connected PCU20/PCU50 kindly disconnect cables you find 2nos disconnect the same and replug it....if it is still not working then it could be defect. I hope you have already connected external keyboard and checked it working. Regards, Prakash

Where can I check this? How can I see if the internal memory is erased? How can I put it back to normal? BTW, we have connected external keyboard, it is working, but still we don't have solution for panel's keyboard. Every sugestion is appreciated...
