One of the blocks used is FB170 ( It is a SIEMENS Protected block ) FB 170 : ABL:MAST Input Parameters : DW ,SBA , SBE, AUS, HAND,AUTO,QUIT,STAR,EINZ, T+1 , TWA, TUE Output Parameters : BA, SCHR, NRSB, FEHL, STO, ISTO, VKE, SM I have searched all manuals but could not find any details about it . Can anyone shre some details abouth this block ? Thanks Navnag

fritz Diamond Expert Joined: 10/7/2005 Last visit: 1/18/2026 Posts: 3054 Rating: (1062)	Hello Navnag this Block is part of the "Extended Functions" Standard FBs for S5-95F/S5-115Fand - in simple terms - implements a Step Sequencer. It seems the manual for it is unfortunately only available in German (well, I could'nt find nor have an English version) and the link to it is http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/de/1086708. Perhaps somewhere else has an english version of it, alternatively get in touch with your local Siemens officeand see if theycan supply you one (or useonline translatortools to get the gist of it). I hope this helps
