S5 to S7 input cards info

On the S5 station, I've three different kind od digital input cards: 1) 6ES5431-8MA11 2) 6ES5421-8MA12 3) 6ES5421-8MA11 what are the differences between these three cards? I think to substitute with ET200S cards, what are the compatible cards? What are the best substitute cards between (6ES7131-4BF50-0AA0 and 6ES7131-4BF00-0AA0)? Thanks
