G120 CU240E ANALOG OUTPUT MEASUREMENT

I need the motor to run in both direction(forward & reverse). I'm getting 4-20mA oa AO. While running forward I'm getting AO as per the AIgiven. ButWhile running reverse direction i'm not getting any current AO. Please anyone suggest me proceed further. With Regards, Lovins.F.
