Alarm logging issue

wwkok Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Dear all, The system is using PCS7.1 SP2 Cemat V7. One ES, two servers (server 1 and server 2) working in redundancy, andfive clients. I have a problem in alarm logging on server 1. When I check the alarm logging at server 1, there is no any alarm and showing 'All server connections fail' at the bottom message bar. But when I check server 2, everything is fine and showing all the alarms. I tried to compile entire project and again download to server 1, but still not showing the alarm. When client run with server 1 (server 2 in standby), client and server 1 no alarm, server 2 has alarm. But when client run with server 2 (server 1 in standby), client and server 2 have alarm, server 1 no alarm. I will need your expertise. Thank you.

wwkok97306 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hi, The alarm in server 1 is working fine now after I did a entire compilation and download. But I have a problem on the faceplate curve. Refer to first picture, I only configure the archive name as SystemArchive. Refer to second picture, the curve on the server is always connect to ProcessValueAchive which is not found inside the archive name. I think it suppose connect to SystemArchive.
