Leonardo_Inventions Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Hello, I have TIA v11 professional SP2 installed on my system. But I can't seem to find the SM 1221 module in the hardware catalog. I downloaded the HSP but it wasn't included in it as well. Can anyone give me a link to the HSP for SM 1221 or any other procedure so that I'd be able to use it Regards

As I'm able to see DI8 x 24VDC (6ES7 221-1BF30-0XB0) and DI16 x 24VDC (6ES7 221-1BH30-0XB0) in the TIA Portal v11 SP2 Upd 4 which I have.

Hello Leonardo_Inventions, Is it a DO (Digital Output) or DI (Digital Output)?? Plz clarify. The said 6ES7-221-1BH30-0XB0 must be part of TIA Portal v11 SP2 without Update also. It seems some thing else is wrong in your case, as this module is released in 2009 itslef. (typically which was supported right from v10.5) Can you do a search in the hardware catalog using the term "1BH30" and post the results here? Also expand the DI and DO folder also it's subfolder, post the screenshot of your software. (so that we can have a look at the behaviour of your PC). I'm not OK to downbload and install the latest update for a module which is available for not less than 3 years.
