GRAM Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Dear darius ... i m using window XP .somehow i cant install wincc to my workstation PC (hp) whereby it stop while nstall sql..i had try install on window7 laptop and it work but i cant use that as work station. did i missed some step or any file

Darius Platinum Member Joined: 9/28/2005 Last visit: 12/9/2025 Posts: 2957 Rating: (243)	Hi, I've not only heard, but I had myself lots and lots of problems with HP computers installing Siemens software. I can only recommend you 2 things: 1. Reinstall windows, remove ALL HP software that comes with this laptop and then install all the rest 2. (The better option) Get OEM DVD of Windows XP, install it with valid license key you have and you will not run into any problems because OEM installation will not install you HP related software.
