Hangings connection alarms form removed AS stations

Ssc_Mikro Posts: 196 Rating: (12)	I have a PCS7 project where I have removed some automations system from the project, but even I have that I have compiled maintains station, compiled the entire project I still have the connection alarms from the AS station in my alarm list. As you can imagine the customer is not pleased with hangings alarms. Since the alarm is automate generated I cannot deleted because it will also affect the alarm connection for the existing AS system. Anyone have an idea how to get rid the old connection alarms. The Alarm number is 1012267, I don’t know if alarm numbers is the same in all PCS7 systems. I have attached a screen shots. Attachment AS_Alarms.jpg (401 Downloads)

Silent Bob Posts: 836 Rating: (100)	I think its not a problem with the conenctions anymore. Its about message which aren't in the system any more but whose have been coming and was not going, or acknowledged... What you have to do is to ackwnoledge the messages. For commisioning purposes there is a possibility of "emergency acknowledgement" of messages... Just add an alarm control, standard or classic, to a picture and you should see the emergency achnowledge button there. Try it with your obsolete messages. Would be nice if you post if it helped...

Ssc_Mikro Posts: 196 Rating: (12)	Hi I have added the new alarm window, and was able to get rid of the hangings alarms, but my pc station was still marked as read. Then i preformed complied the project again, and select and entire download to my sever pair, and then I got green server pair. It seems to have solved my problem so thanks a lot.
