Power supply not showing in online

When I was checked the power supply in online it showing Actual/Present mismatch. Afterthat once again I checked the hardware prat no. and software pare no. is of the power supply both are same. Load the HWkonfig in the CPU. The reason could be a version conflict between two PC and/or STEP 7 versions if you change the work stations. With best regards Cicero
