random lines on f(x) trend view on ktp400 due to unknown datalog problem

harvi Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	Hello, I have problem with datalog records. I need log two integer variables for f(x) trendview (first one is time in seconds, second one is status of valve). Values are logged on change HMI tag "test_int" which is connected to PLC tag. Usually it works OK, but sometimes there is small time difference in timestamp (see attached picture - there is datalog with wrong record - yellow, way how are tags logged and graph). This bug causes an error in f(x) trend view (graph should normally looks like 5s long spikes in 20min period. When the problem occurs graph look like spikes inside rectangle. The Body Posts: 836 Rating: (71)	Hi harvi, if the datas in f(t) trend and in datalog are ok, I guess with the f(x) trend is something wrong. I would open a support request to get a solution.
