How can I make the seconds counter (Step 7 TIA)?

Is it possible there is a byte, work, or other tag using M22, preventing the clock value to work properly?

It is possible the PLC does not have M22 configured even though your PLC project hardware does, like if M22 was configured after the PLC hardware configuration was first loaded to PLC.

Do you really think that I wouldn't have guessed download the project to the PLC?!) If I right understend my bit M22.5 would flash every 1s ?

For a test, can you change the M memory byte to M0 (the default)? I have to wonder if the plc might have a firmware problem if it is not toggling the M clock memory bits. Also, I am sure you understand that downloading a project has multiple possibilities. Sometimes I have fixed problems by simply downloading just the hardware configuration again.
