Where is the list of accessible devices in the project tree? That is where I go for uploading program data from a plc. I double-click the plc from the project tree to expact it, then select all the blocks and drag to my project plc up in the top of the project tree. It then prompts for the uploading and copy/paste the blocks for me. I can then grab tags, DBs or whatever I might be missing and then define manually the plc hardware configuration to match as much as I know about the deployed project.
