You may find that in the handbook 8859629 S7-300 Automation System Module data 2007-02.pdf, I couldn't find this handbook now, if you send a private message to me with your email-address then I will forward the handbook to you.

I can't find them in your image database. Thanks. All S7-300 manuals can be found under this link. The manual S7-300 Automation System Module Data can be found under this link. You could also consider to buy a copy of the SIMATIC Manual Collection (6ES7988-8XC01-8YE0) or buy a subscription to the SIMATIC Manual Collection (6ES7988-8XC01-8YE2). Afterordering that subscription you receive the most resent version of the manual collection often in a few days.
