Hello Kris_pgc, I'm in contact with the colleagues from Technical Support. Did you create a Support Request as Tweety suggested? So you should find information about the status within mySupport -> Support Request -> my requests. Could you offer me the Service Request Number? Or did you choose another way to get in contact? I more or less lost this topic out of sight... Problem was eventually solved by doing a 'save as with reorganisation' of the project |
