The first thing I would try is to reorganize the project (save as, with reorganization).

When youare still facing those problems I would tryto create a new project with the same architecture. Include a little samle program and pictures. Now try to download the stuff.

If it is working with the first method then your project was corrupt in some manner.

When the second method is working then you either have some failures in the configuration of the project or its still corrupt or your installation of the systems is corrupt.
What you could do in this case is to track down the failure (if there is one), reinstall your systemsor to make a Support Request where they can check on your project.
