4-20mA signal splitter

DS SURESH KUMAR Bronze Member Joined: 4/17/2012 Last visit: 11/21/2025 Posts: 474 Rating: (10)	Dear Experts, I am facing a problem in Analog output module . model no :6ES7232-4HD30-0XB0 i was connected the Analog output to the input of 4-20mA splitter.(splitter purpose 1 input multiplex to 2 output )By using this splitter i am connecting 1 VFD and 1 control valve. When there is no output command from PLC the output of splitter is 4mA.Once i started to measure output by using multimeter.. it take load and the corresponding analog output channel get error. (start to blink RED colour) In multimeter also it showing 21mA...... anybody came across like this issue..... because of this now i removed the splitter. i connected the splitter with other AO channel also same problem......

If its correct, Then measure the output mA. I hopeyou are taking care of polarity also 7-ve and 8/9 +ve. Similary10 as -ve and 11/12 +ve Regards, Vijay
