Hello sparten, In Case SP2 is installed in your laptop & if you want to install SP3 on top of that than please take note that Protool to WinCC Flexible migration Facility is not available with WinCC Flexible SP3. But if you are looking for any new features of SP3 than have a look at this FAQ. http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/57267466 I have not installed any Simatic software on AMD Processor so i am not sure. Please let us know if you can succeeded with SP3 installation.
