Wrong parameterization and connection casuses lost of control card of a 6RA22 DC drive in a sugar plant. Silently changed it with new one and see when shift started its again blows off... Now sugar mill people were behind me. I had agood experince onDC drive installation but due to forgot to carry connection manuals... only a few pages of installation/ parameterization codes. Finally repaired one card with the help of repair centre and thanks GOD for helping me in crisis. Learning, read the connection manual again even if you are confident.

Automation Engineers suffers a lot concerning the software, hardware, environmental risks, customers and last the home company. Automation Engineers shall fix all problems that rise to him, even if it is out of scope!!!!
