PDM Life List internal error

adam_ski Bronze Member Joined: 4/9/2010 Last visit: 7/4/2025 Posts: 236 Rating: (34)	I'm using PDM 8.1 stand alone version in Windows 7 and Viator USB modem. Viator utility shows modem is connected to COM13 at baud rate 1200 and it detects my E+H flow meter. My laptop shows in the network tree with interface configured on COM13 at the same baud rate. WhenI open my object in the tree and start Life List I get "Action failed" error and status at the bottom of the screen "Action failed. (General: Internal error. The current task has been cancelled)". The same modem works with Life List in Version 6 PDM in Windows XP mode. Can you help identifying the problem?
