Thanks in advance. For S7-1200 TC modules, I have always used internal compensation. The plc is inside an enclosure where the termperature varies only slightly, so internal compensation works well enough for a device with only around +/- 1degC accuracy on its best day.

It will measure the module temperature internally . this is include panel air condition also
