Hi dearhdhosseini My CPU's properties is : CPU 414-4 H with firm ware 4.3. I used SFC 51 with SSL_ID W#16#031C and index W#16#0008 for read the serial number of MC from my CPU. I test the other SSL_IDs(11C,21C) but the result is same and the 8083 error code appears. Snapshot from my project is impossible for me, because it's location is so far from me! Thanks.
