There are a lot of possibilities, but a "high Quality" random number can not be done so easily. |

Hello Wendell; In the following link you will find a collection of numeric calculation application for the S7 PLCs (on Step 7 software). One of the tools discussed is: Random number generator The RANDOM function is a random number generator implemented as 16-bit feedback shift register. I tried using it but sadly could not. This is the TIA Portal sub-conference and the linked project does not open for me. |
