MP277 Problem

Jason_hunt Posts: 29 Rating: (0)	I have a MP277 8" Touch, The problem is it is unable to run the visualization program FWX file, i tried some test runtime program (FWX) file but WinCC runtime 2008 is unable to run any fwx file. it is showing "Please wait until runtime has been terminated" The Machine is stopped for more than 4 years, Now my company wants to run the machine. I already update the OS via Prosave but still same problem. MP277 is connected to S7-300 via Ethernet Device: MP277 8" Touch Image: V01.01.04.00_01.16 Bootloader: 1.02 Windows CE v5.0 if anyone can help it will be much appreciated

If still is a problem write thereSupport Request Best regards, Hristo Mihalev No, I didn't try to reset it to factory settings, I just update the OS via Prosave withReset to factory settings option disabled I already try to unmark the remote option, it didn't work
