sam_david Posts: 31 Rating: (0)	Hi Experts Would 768Kbyte (512 kB program , 256 kB data ) work memory of sS7 CPU 412H (6ES7 412-3HJ14-0AB0) be enough for the bellow application ? - Redundant digital output for controlling 18 valves and 6 pumps . - Redundant digital input for 150 switches and sensors . - Redundant analog input (HART) for 25 transmitter . - Redundant ETHERNET communication to DCS. - Redundnat communication with HMI. sam_david Posts: 31 Rating: (0)	Actually it is a matter of budget otherwise I would go for CPU-414H or CPU-417H where I will not face any problems . The logic program of my application are so simple and the number of I/O are few compare to the I/O address area of the CPU-412H but I am worry about the Redundancy , Communication , HART analog inputs and diagnostic functions .I don’t know whether the concept of PO (Process Object ) works with S7 CPU-412-3H .A comparison between a bundle of S7 CPU-412-3H (6ES7 400-0HR00-4AB0) WITH PCS7 AS 412-3-2H (6es7 656-7AA33-1CB0) as a hardware identical butdoes S7 CPU-412-3H support 50 PO ?IF yes then total PO of my application is 24 PO (18 valves and 6 pumps) .Best Regards
