Hi, I downloaded the app to my Samsung Galaxy S3 phone and it works but only on my LAN. If I try to connect to my LOGO! over WAN I get an error message: "Can't connect to device, please check connection". What I did: - Used my external IP address for the IP-address field in the app - Forwarded port 10001 to the internal IP-adres of the LOGO (connected to my router) - I also tried to disable the firewall on my router, but it didn't help. If I check my router log I see an outside connection attempt, forwarded to port 10001 If I check for FW version on my LOGO I see the Rx/Tx light on the logo flash a couple of times, so it seems there is at least a connection attempt to the LOGO! module, but it doesn't work. If I connect my phone over wifi to the internal IP address directly, the app works perfectly. What can I do to make it also work over internet? Things to check? Extra information August 6, 2013: I forwarded port 10001 to my home PC in stead of the LOGO! so the traffic over my PC network card could be monitored with Wireshark. I include the output of Wireshark with this post. I tested this both over LAN and over WAN. I see no real difference. The data is forwarded correctly to my PC in both cases so it seems it is not blocked by the router. I don't understand why it still won't work. I do see a difference in the Tx/Rx led on the LOGO. If I try to connect over LAN the led flashes fast and more times. If I try to connect over WAN it only flashes up a couple of times with a second in between. There is some traffic but something goes wrong. Please help!

I was able to solve the above problem finally by routing the traffic through my PC first before feeding it to the LOGO! See/tf/WW/en/Posts/96025#topfor the solution. However I have no idea why directly forwarding a port to the LOGO! did not work but forwarding the same port to my PC and from there to the LOGO! does work. Maybe someone else can figure that out? Thanks, Dion
