memet Posts: 27 Rating: (0)	I've changed the PLC software to set a bit for audible alarm, but the method in "How do you start a sound file via a script in the WinCC flexible PC Runtime?" won't work for me. I need a continuous ping sound until operator mutes (acknowledges). There is no repeat function in mplay32.exe command line, and I won't be able to stop the mplay32.exe running by the button. This example plays the sound file for once and uses the "/close" function of the mplayer32.

memet Posts: 27 Rating: (0)	I have found a solution. There is a free software called "sounder.exe", has the loop function, and can be started &stopped from the command line.
