i installed pcs7 v7.1 sp4 on my computer(win xp sp3),but i have a problem that,when i run simatic manager,it opened,but when press new or open for a new project,my software hang up,and do not answer,and don't give any error,what can i do?can any one help me?

\\\ Open services.msc and check wthr ur automation license manager is started if not start then trying opening the project.(type services .msc in run command)
