jagan@111087 Posts: 21 Rating: (0)	Hi, everybody... I am facing a serious problem. I am using 6ES7 134-4GB01-0AB0 AI cards in my panel. The channels in the cables are getting faulty continuously. 1. I checked voltage supply to the AI cars, and found 24V. 2. Checked earthing terminals, that also ok. 3. Connected shield earthing properly. 4. I am using 0.1A fuses for the terminals. Please guide me how to fix this problem. Thanks in adv..

Marcjan Diamond Member Joined: 4/22/2010 Last visit: 3/31/2025 Posts: 5697 Rating: (716)	Hello, The analog module you have there is a 2 wire module, that means it powers the Sensor or in your case the Transmitter you use to convert PT100 to 4 to 20mA, by the loop. If your transmitter is a 4 wire type, you have the wrong analog module. 4 wire means, 2 wires for power supply and 2 wires for the analog signal. 2 wire means you power the sensor over the 4 to 20mA loop.
