analog input problem

sumesh Posts: 62 Rating: (0)	Dear friends, i have a cpu 6es7 212 1ae31 0xb0, in it i have 2 analog inputs which is assigned with address %iw100 & %iw102. my input is 0-10 v dc. but modul not giving any value. Please help me

0_Einstein Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 7/7/2010 Last visit: 1/12/2026 Posts: 16354 Rating: (2522)	sumesh this analog input is in my cpu only It would be a very good idea to use a 1.5 or 9V battery across the IW100 + and - inputs and see if you get counts. If you have a calibrated portable voltage source, use that instead, but the idea is the same. Verify your connector is installed correctly. Verify your input is configured as 0-10VDC. Verify the wiring polarity by measuring the wiring using a multimeter. If all these are correct, verify your input is actually set to IW100 since that is not the default setting for CPU analog inputs.
