Is it possible to convert Wiccflex project to TIA portal WinCC prof v12

I have TIA portal Wincc Prof V12 which the plan is to use on an independent PC for some data collection from a PLC which is connected to a HMI with Winccflex project. 1. I was thinking to reduce eng time I wanted to convert the wincc flex project to the wincc prof v12 in TIA portal. Is this possible. 2. If this is not possible I tried creating a new wincc project but could not find my way around to build a new screen. how to add a screen in wincc pro TIA portal?
