"variable"texts in WINCC

Sasganger Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hello, I have an integer value, and I want to display a different Text for each integer value IN A FACEPLATE. Example if my integer value is 0, I want to display the text "Step 0, Initialise" if my integer value is 10, I want to display the text "Step 10, forward unloading, run" The only way to do this that I could think off is to create a text field for each "step" and then control the visibility with the integer. This works, but if i want to change or delete a text field I have to move about 40 texts fields. Does anyone have a better solution for my problem? greets, Bart

Sasganger Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	thanks for your reply, I had already tried to solve my problem by using text lists, but I didn't got them to work properly in a text or normal IO field. It works fine in a symblolic IO field. Now the only thing i need to figure out is how to implement this solution in my faceplate. greetz, Bart
