A simple solution with a LOGO would be to connect one of the outputs to an SMS-alarmbox. I did that a lot of times already with an SMS alarm from Conrad, e.g.http://www.conrad.de/ce/de/product/199000/Conrad-GSM-Fernschalt-Alarmmodul-GX107 It can also detect a power failure and send an SMS then. If there is ethernet available you could also use a LOGO 0ba7 with ethernet connection and connect the LOGO to a router or go over the internet. In that case you can use LOGOSoft Comfort to monitor remotely.
