Mr. Sufiyan, Do you get any alarms related to Profibus communication? Have you checked the PP Module and its Profibus connection? Sometimes I have seen that an input oscilates and it is enough for the signal to withdraw and be back again. Maybe check the input signals to see if everything is correctly connected. |

yes i havechecked pp module & profibus connection & retightened all, but prob remain. |

Hello, Please press Diagnosis button i.e you can press Alarm screen button...here you can see the further alarms check here. Check the interface signals V380x 0002.1 (Servo enable), V380x 4001.7 (Pulse enable), check the drive signals V390x 4001.7 (Pulses enabled), V390x 4001.5 (Drive ready) for example with the PLC status display in the DIAGNOSTICS operating area.
