SINUMERIK 840 PLC in STOP

Unfortunately, during transfer of varabile data (MD) from PG to the PLC, power supply of machine got lost and after turning it on, on the screen is error PLC-CPU nicht Betriebsbereit. Or PLC is in stop on PLC Status are following error codes: Ursache(Cause) Erganzende Fehlerangeben (Additional information) 0033 0400 0E00 3000 0100 What these errors mean. How can resolve 5the problem. I tried warm start from PG,but there is message that PLC is in stop. I would like to avoid cold restart. Thank you in advance
