I have a problem with programming non regular threads on Sinumeric 840DSL.
I create program for 5/8”-13 thread with following parameters:

P – 0.0769 inch/rev
G – 0
S – 450 rpm
Machining – Roughing and finishing
Infeed – Linear
External thread
X0 – 0.6250
Z0 – 0.0000
Z1 – -0.5480 abs
LW – 0.0500
LR – 0.0000
H1 – 0.0472
Infeed slope – 30
D1 – 0.0200 inch
U – 0.0010
NN – 1
VR – 0.1
Multiple – No
Start Angle – 0

When I push soft button “Accept” I get the message

“An error occurred while generating the cycle.
Change the parameterization or call Siemens Hotline”
