List Posts: 664 Rating: (18)	Hai All, In one of our client's Puncihng machine with 840D powerline getting an error, 300402 -- System error in drive link Error code 1077,3 300500 -- Axis X drive1 system error,error code - 00000035H,00000060H 300500 -- Axis C drive 3 System error,error code- 00000034H,00612000H. What is the meaning of this alarms ? While running the machine is breakdown. What will be the problem? Please tell me How can i rectify this problem ? The Meaning of error code 34H and 35H is there in DOCon CD. But 00000060H,00612000H description where i will get ? The 7-Segment LED giving '6' there is no other LED except +5V,PR is lit. The red LED on all LT module is lit. Thanks&regards, Raj

Having 3LT Module with control card 1st control Card -- X,Y axis 2nd control card -- C,C1 axis 3rd Control Card -- spare,Z axis I swapped the 3rd Control card to 1st control card visa versa, because these control cards are similiar, the error remain in X and C axis only,error not shifted. What will be the problem? Please help, how can i diagnose the problem, we do not have any spare control card to change. Thanks&regards, Raj
