MJRVSV Posts: 166 Rating: (1)	Dear Sirs Can anyone help us to understand how to use Symantec Pcanywhere We actually want to access Siemens 840D controllers in the shop floor from an office We got the CD with us, we work on corporate LAN We have got about 7 numbers of machines with 840D, all these machines are connected with a server, this server is on corporate LAN Actually a Gear Testing machine is connected through server, so that all theprograms with respect to jobs get download from server to gear testing machine, all the corrections to the machines are given automatically throGear Testing machine based on measurement results Kind Regards,

Are they running windows xp or NT? 3. Did you buy PC Anywhere from Siemens via RCSHost?

MJRVSV Posts: 166 Rating: (1)	Dear Sir Thanks for ur reply a) We are using PCU50.0 b) OS is windows Xp c) Actually we got 7 numbers of Gear Cutting machines from Klingelnberg Germany, we received Symantec Pcanywhere containing CD, from manufacturer . Kindly advice on how to install/setup Symantec Pcanywhere Warm Regards,
