840C pclink installation

Drxxx Advanced Member Joined: 4/20/2007 Last visit: 10/23/2024 Posts: 11 Rating: (1)	Dear Sir, Customer have 840C machinewith Sw5.07 and when I try to acces service menu 7.PC link -Start PC link ,have message pc link not install then I select -Install pc link,have message Please reboot at Dos-Prompt "DR_DOS C:\TMP Com2:2400 baud No parity 8 data bits 1 stop bits Infinite retries on serial port com 2 Mode: Resident portion installed and nothing go futher than this. I realize that system need to restart to dos prompt C:\tmp in order to install pclink via serial port.But I don't know procedure to do that.Somebody know how to install pclink in 840C system via serial port? Regards
