How to read screen number from KTP400 to s7-1200?

vilaar Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hi, I should either read the screen number fom KTP400 or go to previous screen using command from PLC. Propably this can be done using "job mailbox", but I can not find a documentation regarding it. I have found how to change to specific sreen number, but I should also be abte to know which sreen is open! HELP!

vilaar Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Thank's, I followed the 1s thread, and I got it working. Almost. For some reason it seems to work in all other cases, but when I am on screen 1 the screen number value does not update! Any ideas?

vilaar Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hi Wizard, yes, I am using the area pointer. I did a little more experiments, and I found out that it is not question of the screen number. I copied the screen no. 1 to screen no 8, and now when I go to page 8, the sreen number word iat area pointer is not updated to 8, instead it stays as a number of previous screen.
