I have horizontal lathe machine with Sinumerik 840D/802D system with Simodrive 611.

When machine is started, followingAlarm is shown on PCU
"600101DRIVE NOT READY"
and noise is comming from Insput 3 phase Transformer coils mounted above the A1 (Simodrive) module.Initially the voltage at transformer output is 214-216 volts each (U,V and W). After fault 600101, the out at U phase is approximately 600 V and coil is producing noise. The Fault LEDon A1 module also turns RED after 600101 Alarm.

We have searched the Alarm Code in Seimens documentation provided with the machine, but could not find it there. What can be the reason and howthis alarmcan be cleared.

This was a functioning machine and with Sinumerik 840D system. There are filters/chikes on the input side and hissing noise is comming from one of the choke coils probablt U phase.

Please also guide me that how i can check PLC Logic DB2.DBX.144.1.

Is there can be any problem with the IGBTs (BSM 200 GB120) in the Simodrive 611, which can result in 600101 Alarm. These are the components which are powering up the Spindle motor (as i think)
