CPU 1214C DC/DC/DC DO inner diagram? Is it NPN or PNP??

Actually I am working on positioning of a servo drive (Estun EDB-15AMA) with 1214C CPU.I want to know about the inner diagram of of Digital outputs of CPU 1214C DC/DC/DC (6ES7214-1AE30-0XB0)?? 1)Is it NPN or PNP?? I couldn't find any data so unable to connect the drive with PLC. My drive is running at +5 VDC. 2)Can i get the PTO from my PLC of +5 VDC?? Thanks in advance. Kashir Saeed

Either the four output 6ES7 222-1AD30-0XB0 SB 1222 DQ 4 x 5 VDC, 200 kHz or the two output and two input 6ES7 223-3AD30-0XB0 SB 1223 DI 2 x 5 VDC / DQ 2 x 5 VDC, 200 kHz. You can use the PTO with these outputs.Larry
