S5 problem, my DI 430 and DO451 cards bottom 16 I/O's are not reading in the PLC

Please suggest some remedy. my system control Power supply is getting from different power supply and PS951 is getting power from different point. Thanks in advance

Thanks in advance[/quote Hi, IF the minus of both power supplys are not together and the DI420 have LEDs that are licghting up but couldn't be read internally in the CPU then the diference between the two minus of the power supplys might be to high. So put them (if possible) together so that there is no difference anymore and then it must work again. For the DO451 I didn't have any idea what there is going wrong because that is a card with no connection between the two powersupplys.... With a DO450 that is not the case.

Measure the voltage between the rack and 0 (zero) Volt line. It should be as close to zero as possible. Kind regards, BV
