Hardcopy to file and view with MS IE

MEX Posts: 20 Rating: (0)	I want to make a hardcopy of a WinCC picture to a file. This file I then want to view with MS Internet Explorer. Furthermore I want to make hardcopys of four different pictures cyclically and thereforthescriptmust change to the correct picture, make the hardcopyfile replacing the last with the same name. Can anyone help me or come up with some tips?

But if you read the question and theFAQ-topic (I've spend about two hours today looking around) you realize that what I want is not mentioned there, only part of it. The problem with the FAQ-topic you point to is that with the PrintJob youget a EMF-file but every new file is put in a new folder. I must have the same filename every time and just update the picture. The problem with printing to a pdf-printer is that it want's me to give a filename for every printout.

Salma Gold Member Joined: 9/27/2005 Last visit: 11/27/2007 Posts: 1398 Rating: (151)	Hi MEX Looking into this it looks like you would have to use Windows APIs to get the screen capture (VBS's Sendkeys function doesn't work for the Print Screen button [:(] ) As my C API knowledge is weak I investigated further and I did find a freeware utility named JSWare.DLL that can take a screen capture and save it to a bitmap. I don't know how much use this is to you but maybe you should takea look - http://www.jsware.net/jsware/scripts.php3 There's probably lots of other similar tools, this is simply the first one I came across.
