Thanks in advance Hello, It is case sensitive , check the following excerpt from the online manual of STEP 7: The password may be a maximum of 8 characters long. MHasan Posts: 63 Rating: (4)	Just a tip here: if your laptop has numeric keys with letters then type password on notepad first or check the numeric + lettes keys to avoid any password trouble.
