I have a S7-300 CPU 312 that was brought into our facility and im trying to get a copy of the program. I open a new project and use the upload station to PG, then set my slot and the node address, I hit ok and it trys to upload but gives me this error Upload station to pg (13:5702) The HW config was created with a newer version of step 7 on the basis of the TIA Portal, The laoding to the PG will be cancelled.

How do I get the project off the CPU now?

and what problem you face?

We just purchased this software and its Step 7 V5.5 SP3, would this not contain V13 TIA? I tried to find what version TIA it is but no luck. Simatic S7 is new to me, I'm used to AB or Modicon software.Also the printed logic they sent with the unit has version V3.0 printed on it (isthat the CPU version)?
