I had recently designed some test-jigs for testing of DI, DO and 2-wire AI. Based on these designs I had prepared the test-kits for my lab. Features of the test kits are as follows: Test Kit for DI / F-DI 1. Simulation of Standard / NAMUR-type switches. 2. Simulation of Wire-breaks / Short-circuit to study response of program under such conditions. Test Kit for DO / F-DO 1. Provision to test potential-free (dry) and wetted contacts. 2. Simulation of Wire-breaks / Short-circuit to study response of program under such conditions. Test Kit for 2-wire AI / F-AI 1. Provision to simulate 4-20mA signals. 2.
