Cannot establish connection to TP277 panel

Hi, I have encountered a new communication problem. I can see TP277 from the accessible nodes in Step7. When i tried to backup the project using wincc flexible, I have this error message "could not establish connection". Please see attached pictures for details. Thank you very much.

Hello fantasy198910, Have you already seen this: How can you transfer a WinCC flexible project via Ethernet to a Windows-based panel? How do you backup/restore with a Windows-based panel? |
