TP270 backup: Communication Issue

Where, the MPI address is set to 5 in TP270 and the PG MPI is set to 0. I tried many time with tansfer mode from HMI, but the HMI is always searhing for Host to communicate, where in my PG I am getting communication error in WinCC 2K8 flex.I am using a Siemens MPI USB adapter. Pls..is there any hidden tips... I miss some steps.... Need tecnhical expertise

If not you can only with Prosave (follow our Expert Ayman) and retransfer only in the same identical panel You can't modify the project!!

To make backup/ download to TP270 you can use one of the following cables: Serial RS232 "6ES7 901-1BF00-0XA0" MPI Profibus Ethernet (Please note that in this case you need to buy an additional CF or PCMCIA ethernet for this panel) USB Host-Host Cable Attachment Projekttransfer_e_C1.pdf (379 Downloads)
